Booking appointments
A deposit is required to schedule and hold a procedure appointment. I can be paid by cash, check, or credit card. The deposit will be deducted from the procedure fee on the day of the appointment. If a procedure is scheduled at the consultation, a deposit will be taken at the time. If a procedure is scheduled by telephone, a credit card number with billing information must be provided.
A deposit of $ 75.00 is required per procedure.
If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be forfeited (not refunded).
Anyone who does not appear for their appointment will forfeit their deposit. Anyone who is more than 45 minutes late for their appointment will be rescheduled. Because of the short rescheduling notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard). There is a $ 35.00 handling fee for all returned checks. Giftcertificates are also available.
Refund Policies
The results of any cosmetic procedure, including but not limited to permanent cosmetics, cannot be guaranteed. As such, whether or not a patient is satisfied with the outcome, there will be no refunds.
Visitors and children
Observers (spouses, family, or friends) are not allowed in the procedure room during the tattoing process. However, they may participate in the preparation steps (designing and color selection). Drivers, family, etc. can wait in the reception area if desired. Any children will not be allowed in the procedure room; therefore propper child care arrangements should be made prior to any appointment.
